Mr Sun,born in Li County of Hunan Province in April, 1949, is a Mr. Sun served in the Army in his early years, and graduated from Luoyang Institute of Foreign Languages. In January, 1986, after completion of service, he was transferred to a civil post and translated plenty of English technology materials into Chinese. From then on, he had been dealing with foreign economic and trade affairs. He was the former Director of Guangdong International Economic and Trade Law Firm and made study trips to over 20 foreign countries, such as U.S., European countries and Australia, and attended many seminars and training programs at home & abroad. In 1989, he furthered his legal study in China University of Political Science and Law. In 1992, he succeeded in obtaining a China Bar license.

Mr. Sun had been the legal advisor to many Sino-foreign joint ventures, such as HK American Oil, Shun De Macro Company, etc. Moreover, Mr. Sun is quite experienced in negotiation of importing projects, as well as in settling foreign economic and trade disputes. He also handled many arbitration and litigation cases about foreign trade, technical cooperation and Sino-foreign joint venture disputes.

Mr. Sun now is on the panel of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Guangzhou and Foshan Arbitration Commission, and standing council member of Guangdong Intellectual Property (Rights) Association and the independent director of Foshan Huaxin Packagins Co.,ltd.
