The Guangdong International Business Law Firm was founded in 1993 by and from then until 2001 under the supervision of the former Commission of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Guangdong Province. In March 2001, the firm has become a private law firm.

Our headquarters is located on CITIC PLAZA, a landmark building in the CBD of Guangzhou.
