STOPAENSO sales totaled EUR 12.4 billion in 2004.The group has some 45000 employees in more than 40 countries in five continents. Its  annual production capacity is 16.4million tones of paper and board and 7.7 million cubic meters of sawn wood products, including 3.2 million cubic meters if value_added products. Stora Enso’s shares are listed in Helsinki,Stockholm and New York.

于1999年6月21日由佛山华新发展有限公司等八家国有法人企业共同发起设立，是一家管理先进、经济效益显著的大型包装股份集团企业B)于2000年7月6日在深圳证券交易所上市。公司曾经先后获得“中国轻工业前十强企业”、“全国造纸行业利税第一名”、“全国外商投资是大人均高税企业”，并进入中国企业综合评价最优500家之列。其下属有佛山华丰纸业有限公司、利乐华新包装有限公司、佛山华新彩色印刷有限公司、佛山华新新型材料分公司四家子公司。

委托事项办理：

佛山华新包装股份有限公司因与STOPAENSO公司合资设立外商投资企业并进行造纸项目并购事项，委托我所律师孙圣爱律师和曹卓敏律师代为办理，其后我所律师进行了以下工作：

1．  提供与项目相关的法律咨询。

2．  项目相关事宜提供法律意见。

3．  为项目相关事宜提供法律方面的设计。

4．  为项目起草法律文件：包括《合资章程》、《合资合同》、《并购合同》等相关法律文件的起草、制定。

5．  参与项目的相关法律谈判。

6．  协助办理项目的报批、工商登记等手续以及设立。

7．  审核外方所提供的文件资料的合法性。

8．  协助办理项目向合资公司移交的工作，包括：采购合同的变更，有关的公告等。

9．  进行审批程序的方案设计以及根据审批程序设计合资文件的组成。
